David Deans Skincare - Moisturising Cleanser

“I cannot live without this moisturising cleanser. Not only does it take my makeup off and clean my face, it leaves my skin feeling like silk!”  Elise Fox, Cosmetic Nurse & DD Loyalist.

Why Cleanse?

It’s important to cleanse and clean your skin in the morning, and at night.  Cleansing in the morning not only cleanses your skin of the excess oil and toxins that have accumulated over night, but it allows for penetration of products that follow (serum, moisturiser).  Cleansing at night is important for removing products (makeup, sunscreen) and dead skin cells that have accumulated and been trapped by product over the day.

Why should you use ours?

The David Deans Moisturising Cleanser is a soothing, anti-inflammatory anti-oxidant-enriched cleanser.  Suitable for Sensitive Skin, Dry Skin and Ageing Skin.

Moisturising Cleanser’s special hydrating action is optimised for maximum moisture replacement and supports a balanced pH level – making it perfect for dry skin.  Moisturising Cleanser has the most effective percentage of anti-oxidants to encourage healthy cell renewal.

This Cleanser is perfect for removing traces or dirt, bacteria and everyday grim as well as excelling at removing make-up or sun-screen without dehydrating or irritating your skin.

Our Moisturising Cleanser ensures a perfect platform for the start of your skin routine.

The Good Stuff:

Shea Butter which is a potent moisturizer and emollient providing effective skin protection against environmental stress factors. Shea Butter has been shown to have anti-irritant and soothing properties and improves the appearance of aging skin.

What’s an Emollient?

The word emollient is an adjective defined by Merriam-Webster as “making soft or supple…soothing especially to the skin”. ... In skin care, “emollient” is a noun that refers to key ingredients in moisturizers and cleansers. Products that include emollients are especially helpful for dry skin care.

Aloe Vera works as a powerful moisturiser, invigorating and soothing agent. It has been shown to improve the appearance of ageing and dry skin, and leaves your skin feeling more resilient and supple.

Kakadu Plum provides a high stable Vitamin C content with strong antioxidant properties. Contains gallic acid & ellagic acid for antioxidant protection, elastic & supple skin. Vitamin C is the most essential antioxidant that slows down the ageing process. It helps to form proline, an amino acid that makes collagen.

Vitamin E works to block free radicals from the body, which play a large part in the aging process. If we can fight off free radicals, then we can reduce wrinkles and keep skin looking youthful. Vitamin E also has moisturising effects that can improve the appearance of aged skin.

How to Use:

Pump once on wet hands, then gently massage the face and neck in an upward circular motion. Rinse well with warm water and repeat the process to achieve a perfectly hydrated, cleansed and revitalised skin.
